The SecureWorks' Managed Security Provider (MSP) program removes the high barriers to entering the MSS marketplace, allowing MSP partners to develop a profitable and scalable MSS business. MSP partners take advantage of SecureWorks' proven Managed Security Services framework and technology to sell, implement and deliver SecureWorks' Managed Security Services directly to their customers.

MSP partners license SecureWorks' proprietary TeraGuard™ platform to establish and operate their own MSS Security Operations Center(s) for providing services to their clients. Developed to provide customized Managed Security Services to thousands of clients, TeraGuard™ is a proven multi-tenant MSS platform that offers greater scalability and flexibility than Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) technologies. Using TeraGuard™, MSP partners avoid the costs and risks of establishing MSS capabilities in-house.
