Position Summary
The SecureWorks RFP Coordinator position is a full-time role within the SecureWorks Product Marketing team. The RFP Coordinator will report to the Product Marketing Manager. Responsible for the company's fee-consulting activities within Payment Card Industry practice areas (aka “PCI”). Develops and implements PCI services and consulting programs to maximize client satisfaction and company revenues. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develops Professional Services PCI business through the implementation of programs to maximize client satisfaction and company's revenues. Managing Consultant will have responsibility within a specific range of practices involving consultative, advisory, or technical services.
- Responsible for developing, growing, and maintaining the effectiveness of Managing Consultants practice area operations to ensure positive revenue growth, positive impact on margin, and high client satisfaction.
- Works closely with Executives of Professional Services to set strategic goals and ensure that the Managing Consultants sales, revenue, and profit quotas are reasonable and are met.
- Works closely with strategic partners to develop successful PCI practice area growth and execution.
- Develops and designs competitive services, methodologies, and deliverables for successfully competing in the Payment Card Industry marketplace.
- Manages P+L, budget, and forecasting within the practice
- Subject matter expert in the PCI DSS, Payment Card industry, and the various PCI compliance programs.
- Oversees the work of consulting teams directly and through consulting managers.
- Directs the setting of practice area objectives, performance standards, and priorities through and with managers.

- Works as internal subject matter expert for other departments, especially marketing and product management.

POSITION SUMMARY
Security Analysts perform real-time log analysis to provide network and data security for SecureWorks client leveraging SecureWorks’ Sherlock technology platform. Analysts provide excellent client service while evaluating the type and severity of security events by making use of packet analyses, and an in-depth understanding of exploits and vulnerabilities. Resolve client issues by taking the appropriate corrective action, or following the appropriate escalation procedures. Document all client communications. Work in a team environment and monitor the health and wellness of security devices on our client’s networks.
Preferred Technical Experience:

Key Responsibilities
- Configuring and administering firewall and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
- Strong level of understanding/competency with network hardware technologies, especially Checkpoint, Checkpoint with Nokia appliances, Cisco PIX, Cisco ASA, Cisco Routers. Familiarity with Juniper considered a plus.
- IDS duties include applying signature and software updates and performing device configuration on Snort, SourceFire, Cisco, TippingPoint and ISS systems.
- Provide SecureWorks clients with security architecture recommendations and assist with planning and implementation of long term projects.
